Booking
Due to very high demand at the moment and current restrictions surrounding Covid-19, we have to implement a strict booking system so that we can control numbers on site at any one time.
This is to ensure your safety, our safety and that of the general public who use the surrounding areas of the Reservoir.
Current open times are as follows:
Saturday Mornings
7.00am - 9.00am
Wednesday Mornings
8.00am - 12.00pm
(varies)
Friday Mornings
8.00am - 12.00pm
(varies)
Monday evenings
5.00pm to 8.30pm (varies)
All bookings are done through Eventbrite or ACTiO.
Eventbrite is a free booking system so that there is no charge to you or us for using the facility - however, you will need to secure your booking with a payment by bank transfer once your confirmation email has been received. This must be done within 24hours otherwise you risk losing your booking. All details are withing the booking and confirmation.
ACTiO is Nowca's own booking system which is a simple app where you can book and pay instantly. Simply choose our venue, choose a slot and pay.
